Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing organization. This role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive Corza Medical Biomedical Textiles awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
What you will do
Product Planning and Strategy:
Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and market needs.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define product roadmaps, including prioritization of product features, enhancements, and new developments.
Product Launch and Marketing :
Develop and execute product launch plans, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, and promotion.
Work closely with the Segment Leader: Biomedical textiles to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral.
Customer Engagement:
Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Develop metrics to analyze impact of marketing initiatives in order to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and product enhancements.
Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact product development.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
What you will need
Strong understanding of textile fabrication processes and their application in medical devices.
Proven track record of successful product launches, from concept through commercialization.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Willingness to travel as needed, domestic and international, estimated at 30%.
Education, Credentials or Training
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within medical device contract design and/or manufacturing organizations or the medical textile industry.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
