Job description

This is a remote position.

The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced,

high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals to provide on-demand support for both short-term and

ongoing legal projects.
Due to increasing demand, we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys who are licensed in

Florida with strong experience in the following area(s):
- Probate

- Litigation

-Trust Administration

- Bilingual (Eng/Spanish)


Types of work may include research, drafting, and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:​


- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida


- Minimum of 5 years’ experience


- Familiar with all aspects of Probate, estate planning & trust administration


- Must be fluent (reading, writing & speaking) in Spanish


- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized​


- Self-starter and able to work independently



Salary:

60-85 per hour
