Job description

This is a remote position.

• Salary: Php 55,000 - 70,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Connect all customers to online monitoring portals of solar inverters.

• Diagnose and fix troubleshoot faults and enquiries.

• Communicate with customers to solve any technical issues with solar systems.

• Assist sales with design of solar and battery systems.

• Assist installation teams with any technical installation enquiries to program and commission solar and battery systems.

• Assist with any students’ enquiries completing solar and battery courses

• Mark and assess student design task submissions for satisfactory completion.

• Lodge site inspection reports to retail companies’ pre-sale with updated design and cost

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any courses related.

• Experience with solar system design, Photovoltaic (PV) technologies, installation, and maintenance

• Proficiency in Solar Design Software

• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
