This role is remote, part-time, flexible, and hourly---making it ideal for those seeking to make a difference in the lives of students while managing other commitments.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Program Operations:
Ensure seamless coordination and execution of Work Experience Programs.
Manage program logistics, including student onboarding, scheduling, and session coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Track and organize timelines, deliverables, and program updates, proactively addressing any challenges.
Send reminders, track participation, and follow up on engagement.
Student & Mentor Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, mentors, and the wider Delta Careers team.
Facilitate discussions, interactive activities, and community engagement.
Monitor student progress, address concerns proactively, and provide necessary support.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure timely collection of feedback and completion of evaluation forms.
Track program activities and student performance to maintain engagement and adherence to program expectations.
Support continuous improvements to optimize the participant experience.
What skills and experience are required?
0 - 3 years of experience in operations, education, training, or customer-facing roles, managing tasks and ensuring smooth execution.
Outstanding organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proactive and capable of anticipating needs, following instructions, and working independently.
Proficient in digital tools for collaboration and organization, including Google Suite, Slack, and MS Office.
Experience facilitating interactive sessions, engaging with students and stakeholders, and maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with learning programs, internships, and training initiatives.
Passionate about supporting students and ensuring their success.
Ability to work flexibly on weekends and respond to inquiries within set timeframes.
