Job Description: We are looking for a talented Content Creator to gather, edit, and produce engaging content that showcases our apartment and home listings. The primary goal is to generate leads and enhance our social media presence, helping us reach a wider audience and attract potential clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of apartment and home listings.
  • Editing: Edit and enhance content to ensure it is visually appealing and aligns with our brand standards.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and others.
  • Lead Generation: Create content that drives engagement and generates leads for our listings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on real estate market trends to create relevant and timely content.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of content, using insights to optimize future posts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and editing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
