What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Digital Content Writer at Villaroe , you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms. 
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original and insightful content.
  • Assist with SEO strategies to improve website ranking, conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content creation.
  • Craft compelling and engaging stories that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Generate creative and visually appealing content for online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts to build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free of errors and adheres to the company's style guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve our content offerings continuously.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools 
  • Prior content writing or digital marketing roles are preferable, but an eagerness to learn and adapt can also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of search engines and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems.
  • Innovative thinking to develop engaging and shareable digital content.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
