To reach our goal we are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Germany and support our customers on all types of enquiries when using our products and services. As an on-call Customer Care Representative at Qwello, you are available for incoming calls during your shift but you are not expected to actively work if there are no calls. This job is perfect for students or part-time workers who would like to combine other occupations/employment while working at Qwello. The on-call shifts are usually 12 hours long, most of them during the day but night shifts can occur. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers feel looked after 24/7. You live our core value of "Customer First" and are the first point of contact for customer enquiries of all kinds. You make sure that we constantly improve our product and our support processes with the help of customer feedback.
Working on-call means that you are free to do other things while “working”, e.g. cooking, watching a movie or even sleeping, as long as you can answer your phone in a noise-free environment whenever a customer calls.
We are looking for someone who can speak German and Swedish, as well as English, as you will need to help customers in all countries where Qwello operates.
