for a skilled and data-driven Media Buyer to join our team at Kilo Health. In this role, you'll manage high-budget campaigns, experiment with new strategies, and drive growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to maximize performance
Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to achieve key goals
Collaborate with our Creative team to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop new testing and scaling strategies
Test and manage additional paid social channels
Take ownership of projects, drive success, and be accountable for your decisions

We expect you to

Have at least 1.5 years of experience in Meta and Google media buying
Be skilled in strategizing, planning, and goal achievement
Preferably have experience in digital eCommerce
Be familiar with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam or Hyros)
Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Possess copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy (a plus)
Be able to prioritize workflow effectively

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 - 5500 EUR/month.
