Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled D365 Customer Insights Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) and a strong understanding of customer engagement and marketing automation principles.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct design and discovery workshops to identify opportunities for leveraging D365 capabilities.
Configure and customize D365 Customer Insights to optimize customer engagement and marketing strategies.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
Monitor and maintain the quality and performance of D365 Customer Insights implementations.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer engagement principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related areas are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data migration, system configuration, and testing.
Knowledge of Power Platform and other Dynamics 365 modules.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and segmentation.
