About The Role

We are currently seeking GP Senior Medical Educators who are based in the Northern Territory. As a Senior Medical Educator, you’ll:

  • lead, mentor, and support medical educators in delivering tailored educational programs, supporting GP registrars from entry to fellowship.
  • oversee and support regional registrar case management, educational activities, and supervisor professional development.
  • collaborate closely with training teams, supervisors, and local stakeholders to meet training standards and ensure registrars’ progress and success.
  • engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services to promote cultural and health training for all GP trainees and supervisors.
  • foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture, encouraging professional growth within a dynamic training environment.


Skills & Experience

  • Fellowship with RACGP (or equivalent) and a strong background in medical education
  • Extensive experience in registrar education, training program management, or leading clinical teams
  • Formal medical education qualification preferred or willingness to pursue one
