Team Overview
The Product Management team is the bridge between customer needs, technology capabilities, and business objectives, identifying industry challenges and translating them into innovative solutions that grow the business.
What You'll Do:
Product Requirements Documentation (25%)
- Create comprehensive product requirements documentation
- Define functional and non-functional specifications
- Establish stakeholder dependencies and acceptance criteria
- Translate complex healthcare domain requirements into clear engineering specifications
User Experience and Product Optimization (25%)
- Develop detailed user journey flows and personas
- Create end-to-end user journey blueprints
- Use and test products to continuously enhance and optimize user experience
- Monitor KPIs & OKRs to drive data-driven product decisions
Customer and Market Insights (25%)
- Conduct in-depth customer engagement to identify pain points and value drivers
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research
- Analyze market trends and business plans
- Prioritize innovative product enhancements and new product opportunities
Cross-Functional Execution (25%)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Solution Consulting, Engagement, Reporting, Commercialization)
- Ensure operational readiness for new products and enhancements
- Manage seamless product launch hand-offs
- Develop and implement client value measurement methodologies
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, demonstrating end-to-end software development expertise from concept to market launch
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in technology product management
- Healthcare technology domain expertise - understanding of payers and providers; clinical and administrative data (EMR, clinical coding, claims); regulatory (HIPAA, HITRUST); interoperability (FHIR, HL7) and emerging technologies (AI, LLMs)
- A strategic, customer-focused mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to set strategy and iterate on product enhancements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven ability to execute complex initiatives
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across teams/organizations

The target salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
