Salary range:

13,000-20,400 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)

15,600-24,500 PLN Before Tax (B2B Contract)

Your tasks and duties:

designing world-class products (solving real design problems, not just painting pretty pictures),
mentoring less experienced product designers and improving internal processes,
conducting studies, analyses and user testing.

Requirements

We want you onboard if you have:

experience in Product design of digital products
strong portfolio to prove the above,
good knowledge of UX principles, validating design ideas with various methodologies
strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+),
ability to present designs and convince stakeholders of the validity of your ideas,
good knowledge of interactive design processes and methodologies,
strong communication skills and work well with others,
familiarity with prototyping tools.

It would be a plus if you have:

been responsible for designing products that had successfully been launched,
tested your designs with both online and onsite users,
strong online portfolio (, Behance, Dribbble, Website).
