Job Title: Outbound Appointment Setter
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The Outbound Appointment Setter will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential investors and residents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed follow-ups. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential investors and schedule appointments.
  • Engage with pre-qualified potential residents to coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain and update records of all interactions in the system.
  • Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in high-volume outbound calling or telemarketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional tone.
