Familiar with user administration and security management.
Ability to support and troubleshoot applications running on IBM i.
Knowledge of DB2 for IBM i, including SQL programming and data modeling.
Ability to manage batch jobs and troubleshoot problems.
Strong analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
