We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer experiences for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment to design and build user-centered solutions.
Conduct research, journey mapping, and user flows to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to explore problem spaces and identify pain points.
Advocate for user testing and co-create learning agendas with research and product teams.
Maintain a growth mindset and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Skills
7 to 9 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
Expertise in visual (UI) and interaction design (UX).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with design systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence design discussions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty programs.
Familiarity with responsive design and enterprise UX/process design.
Experience in conducting usability testing and needs-finding research.
