About the role:

We're seeking a Billing & Account Solutions Specialist to manage customer accounts and resolve billing issues. You'll serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams to optimize billing processes and enhance the customer experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end customer billing experience, from account setup to policy education 
  • Handle complex account onboarding for enterprise customers 
  • Resolve billing disputes and escalations through cross-team collaboration 
  • Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and troubleshooting 
  • Maintain billing documentation and contribute to knowledge bases 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, customer support, or finance (preferably in SaaS) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer-first approach 
  • Experience with billing systems and CRM platforms preferred 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments 
  • Excel and financial analysis proficiency a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience in matrixed reporting structures 
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills  

Salary and Benefits: 

  • Competitive salary of $5.29 USD per hour with potential annual performance based increases
