Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description: Marketing & Customer Support Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm Miami, FL time


Scope

  • 35+ hours/week with remote work arrangement
  • Video editing and social media management: 5-6 hours daily
  • Customer support: 2-3 hours daily
  • Flexibility to take on additional projects as the company grows
  • Potential involvement in brainstorming video ideas and concepts

Responsibilities

  • Edit and repurpose existing video content (approximately 100 videos) for short-form social media posts
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Handle customer inquiries and support via email and messages (2-3 hours daily)
  • Utilize AI tools and automation for efficient customer service
  • Post and engage with the community on social media platforms
  • Assist with content creation and strategy for promoting nasal breathing and sleep health benefits

Requirements

  • Proficiency in video editing software and techniques for short-form content (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT VIDEO-EDIT SAMPLES)
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
