We are seeking an Information Technology Intern to join our team. As an Information Technology Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and assist with IT projects. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, deploying new hardware and software, and participating in IT projects. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in IT support and exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate team members as needed
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and rollouts
  • Learn and utilize various IT tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote desktop software
  • Document and track IT support requests and resolutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
