Responsibilities:

Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning.
Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process.
Develop and execute talent search strategies, screening and evaluating candidate suitability.

Collect talent market insights, including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing.

Requirements:

Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with international labor laws is a plus.
Strong sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
Proactive, communicative, and able to work under pressure.

岗位要求：

英语可以作为工作语言，有过海外招聘经验优先，熟悉海外法律法规加分。
良好的职业道德和职业操守，良好的团队合作意识。
