We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Technical Sales Engineer to support a North America-based company in delivering their cybersecurity attestation solutions. This is a contractual role where you will act as the technical liaison between the company and their clients, ensuring smooth implementation, data collection, and client understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
This position requires strong communication skills, a solid foundation in IT and cybersecurity principles, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will play a critical role in helping clients assess their security posture and identify potential gaps.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients during kickoff workshops and throughout the engagement to gather data on their cybersecurity posture.
Administer detailed questionnaires and surveys to assess clients’ IT systems, processes, and security practices.
Provide clear explanations of cybersecurity concepts, requirements, and best practices to non-technical stakeholders.
Document identified security gaps and work with clients to understand remediation steps.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues related to the company’s cybersecurity attestation process.
Learn and effectively communicate the company’s product offerings and methodologies to clients.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy while working unsupervised in a remote capacity.
Occasionally travel onsite to client locations if required (rare).
