What you’ll be responsible for:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Growth to oversee and support the growth of our regional behavioral health sales teams. In this role, you will supervise the Behavioral Health Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Business Development, develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies, and manage key performance indicators for the entire sales organization. You will coach RVPs to achieve financial targets, identify new business opportunities, and engage with external stakeholders to ensure continued success.

What you’ll work on: 

  • Supervise and provide leadership to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Business Development to drive the overall success of the sales organization.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive outreach strategy for the entire sales organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives.
  • Measure, monitor, and manage key sales metrics to track team performance and drive accountability across all regions.
  • Collaborate with RVPs to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the organization’s market presence.
  • Provide coaching and development support to RVPs, ensuring they meet financial targets and performance expectations.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales talent within the organization. 
  • Provides direct supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance management
  • Coaches, develops and mentors direct reports with an emphasis on building career paths for professional growth.
  • Administers progressive discipline, including corrective action when necessary, to ensure high levels of job performance and compliance with company policy.
  • Conducts formal performance appraisals for all direct reports and develops action plans for continued development and performance improvement.
  • Manages payroll activities for direct reports to include timekeeping, approval for time off requests, and other administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned. 


What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in a sales environment.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing sales representatives or teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role within a large sales organization.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM tools, and other sales management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial targets and business development strategies.

  • Project Management Planning / Organization -- Handle multiple projects simultaneously including task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.
  • Thrive in a High growth, fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environment 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasional travel for meetings and collaboration
