Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Austin, Texas (CST) with 1 hour unpaid break | 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through cold outreach and customer conversations
  • Manage customer relationships and drive sales conversions
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments using Booking Koala
  • Utilize Open Phone for customer communications
  • Drive conversations with customers and ask specific questions to understand their needs
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from lead to conversion
  • Interview, hire and onboard cleaners when needed


Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion
  • Ability to work US Central Time hours (8 AM to 5 PM)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with CRM tools and willingness to learn new software systems
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Background in the service industry or cleaning sector is a plus, but not required
