Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for this prestigious yacht charter company, you’ll be at the helm of client satisfaction, navigating the exciting waters of luxury travel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth sailing for every client, from their initial inquiry to the moment they step aboard one of our magnificent vessels. You’ll be the primary point of contact, managing bookings, crafting contracts, and coordinating with our expert captains and boat managers. This position offers a unique blend of hospitality and maritime industries, providing an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic team in the heart of Miami’s bustling yacht scene.


Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing detailed information about our fleet and charter options with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Navigate the entire booking process, from initial interest to final confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Craft and manage charter contracts, paying close attention to detail to protect both client and company interests
  • Coordinate effectively with our skilled boat captains and managers to orchestrate flawless charter operations
  • Utilize our Monday.com CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, ensuring personalized service at every touchpoint
  • Conduct post-charter follow-ups to gather valuable feedback and ensure client satisfaction, turning one-time customers into loyal patrons
  • Swiftly and professionally resolve any client concerns or issues, maintaining our reputation for exceptional service
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance our customer service processes, helping us stay at the forefront of the luxury charter industry


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey the excitement and luxury of our yacht charter experiences
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Monday.com, to ensure efficient management of client relationships
  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, aligning with our peak customer interaction hours
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, crucial for managing multiple charters and client needs simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry
  • Confidence and poise in handling phone calls, as you’ll be the voice of our company to our discerning clientele
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with our diverse team of professionals
  • Passion for the yachting industry and luxury travel, with the ability to convey enthusiasm to potential clients
  • Adaptability and quick thinking to handle the dynamic nature of the charter business, especially during peak seasons
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth individuals
