Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including help with marketing videos
  • Handle incoming leads and set appointments for potential clients
  • Manage executive’s calendar and keep them organized
  • Interact with customers via phone, providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in marketing planning meetings and contribute ideas
  • Conduct research tasks, such as finding AI companies for lead follow-up
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with weekend coverage as required

Scope

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
  • Potential for long-term growth within the company
  • Opportunity to expand role and take on additional responsibilities over time

Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using various software tools and willingness to learn new ones
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service or client relations
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
