Responsibilities
Manage tutor documentation and references
Contact references and upload information to tutor profiles in the CRM system
Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential tutors
Book tutors for classes and manage their schedules
Send emails to clients regarding class availability and scheduling
Facilitate communication between tutors, clients (parents/guardians/nannies), and the company
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in email communication and use of CRM systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good interpersonal skills for interacting with tutors and clients
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
