🏢 Ensure smooth transitions between sales, production, and support teams
📂 Maintain a central repository of project information (communications, files, assets, etc.)
📋 Report to clients and internal management, keeping stakeholders updated.

We’re looking for someone who’s a natural facilitator of communication.

Your team should feel confident that you’ve got their back when talking to clients. You should be naturally extroverted, easy-going, and adaptable in your communication style.

Accuracy and attention to detail are a must, as is a proactive, solutions-focused mindset!
