ACI Learning is seeking a highly skilled and innovative graphic designer with strong motion skills to enhance our brand presence through compelling visual storytelling. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of ACI Learning’s brand identity, ensuring a seamless transition as we integrate multiple acquisitions into a unified visual presence.
The ideal candidate will be a brand-first designer with a strong understanding of motion graphics and video production, rather than an animator with graphic design skills. They should have a strategic mindset, capable of bridging brand consistency with innovation as ACI Learning continues to grow and evolve.
What You'll Be Doing:
Brand Identity & Visual Stewardship
Establish and maintain a consistent visual language across motion and video content that aligns with ACI Learning’s Brand Identity System.
Act as a brand steward, ensuring all animations, graphics, and videos reflect the company’s evolving identity as we transition through acquisitions.
Develop and maintain brand elements (logo animations, lower thirds, bumpers) to enhance brand consistency across digital content.
Strategically integrate visual elements from acquired brands, ensuring a cohesive and unified look while preserving ACI Learning’s core identity.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to evolve ACI Learning’s design and brand standards, keeping our visual storytelling fresh and aligned with industry trends.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Design engaging motion graphics and animations that highlight ACI Learning’s SaaS solutions, demonstrating product features, workflows, and benefits in a dynamic yet brand-aligned way.
Develop motion-driven product explainers, demos, onboarding videos, and promotional content that enhance customer understanding and drive engagement.
Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute motion storytelling strategies that make technical content digestible for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Use animation and data visualization techniques to bring complex ideas to life while maintaining a brand-first approach.
Graphic Design & Video Editing
Create high-quality static and motion-based designs for digital and social campaigns, ensuring they align with ACI Learning’s evolving brand identity.
Edit and enhance video content by incorporating motion graphics, typography, transitions, sound design, and special effects, ensuring a polished and professional finish.
Produce customer-facing product walkthroughs, testimonials, and case study videos, working closely with marketing and product teams.
Optimize video content for web, mobile, email, and social media, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all platforms.
Product & SaaS Feature Visualization
Develop motion-based product showcases that allow potential customers to experience ACI Learning’s offerings before purchasing.
Collaborate with product managers to create visually compelling narratives that highlight key differentiators of the platform.
Design click-through interactive motion tours using tools like Storylane, Tourial, or WalkMe to guide users through ACI Learning’s solutions.
Support sales and marketing teams by crafting visually engaging presentations and infographics that clearly communicate product value.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Work alongside marketing, content, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute motion-driven campaigns for product launches, social media, ads, and email marketing.
Develop and test motion creative for A/B testing, optimizing video content to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, AI-powered automation, and video production to continuously elevate ACI Learning’s content strategy.
Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency
Develop scalable motion and video production workflows, streamlining asset creation to support high-volume content needs.
Implement template-based solutions for repeatable video and design tasks, ensuring efficiency while maintaining creative excellence.
Manage and organize a library of reusable design and motion assets, making it easier for teams to leverage consistent visuals.
Education and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Journalism or related field from an accredited university.
Substitution: Experience directly related to the work described in this job description may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
4+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
Experience in video editing and creating short-form video content.
Demonstrated experience (with a portfolio) showcasing both graphic design and motion design work.
What You Should Have
Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B marketing and communications.
Experience in internal communications
Prior experience in video production
Experience working in an eCommerce, SaaS, or tech company.
Experience with click thru tour technology, such as Storylane, Tourial or WalkMe.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI-driven video production tools.
Strong network within the IT training and education sectors.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web animations is a plus.
