 Dealer Sales Manager - MENA (Middle East & North Africa)– Homelifts – competitive salary + attractive commission and benefits.

Seeking a Dealer Sales Manager based in the GCC (Gulf Corporation Council) territories to cover MENA region to shape our dealer network across the Middle East & North Africa.

Stiltz Homelifts design, manufacture and install our innovative, award winning Stiltz elevators in domestic homes throughout the UK, Europe, USA and RoW. What you will do:

It is essential that you are currently residing / based in GCC (Gulf Corporation Council) territory and will travel across Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. As Dealer Sales Manager you will be promoting our unique home elevators and growing sales across the MENA region, managing and developing commercial relationships with our dealers selling to end customers.

  • Dealer management: Cultivate and expand commercial relationships with a network of dealers across the MENA territory, supporting sales growth.
  • Dealer network growth: Manage existing dealers and proactively grow and expand the MENA network, onboarding new dealers across the region.
  • Training: Ensure the MENA dealer network is trained and aligned with our unique hybrid direct/dealer sales model.
  • Sales Support: Support the MENA dealer network traditional dealer-to-consumer sales activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Stiltz teams (UK, EU and Rest of World) to ensure industry-leading customer service.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong communication: You’ll inspire the dealer network with your enthusiasm for Stiltz Homelifts and sales approach and be a natural sales trainer.
  • Data-driven mindset: You’ll analyse data (ie dealer conversion rates) to optimise the MENA territory and share meaningful insights with dealers.
  • Accountability: You’ll confidently hold dealers accountable for brand representation and lead follow-up.
  • Value adding sales approach: You’ll build strong relationships with the MENA dealer network providing value in every interaction.
  • Exceptional people skills: You’re a great listener, demonstrate empathy, integrity and are genuinely curious about others.
  • Independent and empowered: You’re comfortable making decisions independently within our supportive culture.
  • Passion for our mission: While elevator industry knowledge is a plus, your aptitude, passion and desire to help our MENA dealer network improve lives are key!
  • Language skills: Fluent English language is essential. Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
  • Flexibility: You’ll enjoy a mix of field based (approximately up to 65% travel) and home-based work.

As Dealer Sales Manager will need to be residing / based in the GCC and will have responsibility for the entire MENA region.
