About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for our industrial and other clients, specializing in sourcing and placing high-volume unskilled labor and skilled labor positions. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

What you’ll do:

Client Consultation and Relationship Management:

  • Engage with client hiring managers to understand their specific industrial staffing needs, including volume and management hiring requirements.

  • Establish and communicate pricing strategies and contractual terms with confidentiality.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing "white-glove" service to achieve recruitment targets.

Recruitment and Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for industrial roles (warehouse staff, welders, technicians, etc.) using online social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook Job Groups), job boards (Indeed, Talroo), and community networks.

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions: 10-15+ unskilled labor and 3-4 skilled labor requisitions concurrently.

  • Evaluate and qualify candidates using competency-based assessments, including phone and virtual interviews (Pixel Interview).

  • Maintain a network of ready-to-place candidates to meet ongoing and future client needs.

Candidate Management and Placement:

  • Coordinate and facilitate client interviews and manage follow-up debriefings.

  • Perform comprehensive reference checks and negotiate pay rates.

  • Collaborate with the support team to streamline onboarding processes

Operational Excellence and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain metrics related to client and candidate interactions in the company’s ATS (Avionté).

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, including data privacy regulations.

  • Administer corrective actions regarding employee relations, including performance, attendance, and conduct issues.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
