Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Support job architecture framework implementation from current to future state.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between new job architecture framework, compensation strategies, and talent management initiatives.
Identify opportunities to provide process efficiencies such as identifying role consolidation.
Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on job architecture-related matters.
Support various total rewards project activities in within compensation, HRIS and benefits teams, as neede
Support the meticulous transfer and organization of content from various sources into a unified system.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content during the migration process.
Develop and implement strategies for mapping content from old systems to new platforms.
Work closely with content creators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and meet project deadlines.
Maintain detailed records of content migration processes and any issues encountered.
