Job description

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support job architecture framework implementation from current to future state.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between new job architecture framework, compensation strategies, and talent management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to provide process efficiencies such as identifying role consolidation.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on job architecture-related matters.
  • Support various total rewards project activities in within compensation, HRIS and benefits teams, as neede
  • Support the meticulous transfer and organization of content from various sources into a unified system.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content during the migration process.
  • Develop and implement strategies for mapping content from old systems to new platforms.
  • Work closely with content creators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed records of content migration processes and any issues encountered.
  • Systems testing
 
Requirements:
