Job description

We are launching Analytics Hub – a new division dedicated to building and scaling modular analytical solutions for startups. Our goal is to empower early-stage and growing companies with data-driven decision-making by providing high-quality analytical frameworks and expertise.

We are assembling a new team and looking for a Lead Product Analyst to drive this initiative.

Your role

In this role, you will manage the operations of the Analytics Hub, providing high-quality analytical support to enhance managerial decision-making for startup teams and companies that need to elevate their analytical function. This includes developing and scaling modular analytical solutions, fostering analytical talent (within the Hub and startups), and shaping the strategic vision for the development of analytical systems.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Successful cases of developing comprehensive analytical products/systems from scratch.
  • Full proficiency in SQL,data visualization tools and BI systems (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, LookerStudio, Google Analytics etc).
  • Strong understanding of key product metrics, including experience building funnels and deriving insights from them.
  • Knowledge of statistical fundamentals and experimental design, including statistical and regression methods.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B and Multivariate testing techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions for complex product tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, use-case evaluations, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.

Will Be a Plus

  • Programming experience in Python.
