We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant with both functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday modules, including Financials, HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, Peakon, and Adaptive Planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in Workday implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization to support business objectives.
Configure and optimize Workday modules including Financials, HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, Peakon, and Adaptive Planning based on business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Manage system updates, security, workflows, and business process changes.
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and PECI/PEO integrations.
Support data migrations, Workday Extend development, and API integrations with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including security configuration and business process errors.
Functional Responsibilities:
Advise business teams on best practices for using Workday Financials, HCM, and Adaptive Planning.
Provide workshops, training, and documentation for end-users and HR/Finance teams.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure Workday aligns with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
Support Workday Payroll and Recruiting processes, including benefits administration and compensation management.
Reporting & Analytics:
Create and maintain Workday Reports, Dashboards, and Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports).
Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to provide insights into financial and workforce data.
Support Adaptive Planning for workforce forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration and implementation.
Expertise in at least 3 Workday modules (Financials, HCM, Payroll, etc.) and familiarity with others.
Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, and Tenant Management.
Ability to manage full Workday lifecycle projects, including discovery, design, testing, and go-live support.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Workday Certifications in Financials, HCM, or Adaptive Planning (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Peakon Employee Voice for employee engagement insights.
Knowledge of Adaptive Planning for financial modeling and workforce planning.
Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics experience (a plus).
