Location and Workplace: Work from Home, Anywhere in the Philippines

Schedule: Midshift, Monday-Friday 3PM-12AM PH Time

Salary: PHP 60,000 and above


We are looking for a dedicated German-speaking admin support professional to provide exceptional customer service to our users during the night shift. This role involves responding to user inquiries, maintaining organized FAQs, and advocating for product improvements based on user feedback.


About the Job


Key Duties:

  • Responding to users in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining organized FAQs.
  • Translating feedback from users to app improvements.
  • Advocating for users from Germany by leveraging concerns and feedback to improve the product.
  • Curating a phenomenal customer experience for the German market via multiple channels of support, including email, live chat, and phone.


Skills and Experience


Essential Skills:

  • Superb German written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable).
  • Familiarity or basic knowledge of German culture.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Previous customer service/support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
