About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in unlocking the power of data to drive business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and translating complex information into actionable insights that support business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Contract Terms

• Duration: Renewable every 3mos, 1-year projected duration
• Working Hours: 9 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze complex datasets across enterprise systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions and communicate findings effectively.
• Understand business data requirements, conduct data analysis, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Articulate complex data analysis and outcomes to different audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights.
• Understand systematic data to identify service usages and processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Data Strategy & Development:
• Focus on gathering advanced understanding of multiple data structures, sources, and tools.
• Guide business partners in the development of services analytics and reporting systems.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the regular delivery of standard analysis through automation and self-service platforms.
• Enhance the team's capability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Operational Excellence:
• Deliver all assignments within quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to update existing training content and/or create new training content.
• Operate in a highly collaborative environment and proactively identify opportunities for problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science). Master's degree or advanced degree a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and working with Excel.
• Agile ability to anticipate needs, be responsive, and adapt to change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and gain consensus.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python/R is a plus.
