We are looking for a dedicated and organised Lifestyle Assistant to join our luxury concierge company, as an integral part of our Lifestyle Management team. As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will work closely with the Lifestyle Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client accounts and provide exceptional support to both the Lifestyle Managers and our high-net-worth members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Lifestyle Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth members.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients when the Lifestyle Managers are unavailable, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing personalised experiences and services for members, including travel arrangements, reservations, and event bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records, ensuring all member information and interactions are properly documented in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support Lifestyle Managers in client meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct research on luxury lifestyle trends, destinations, and experiences to support Lifestyle Managers in providing up-to-date recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in managing members expectations and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in the luxury concierge or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with luxury lifestyle, travel, and entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the success of the Lifestyle Management team.
  • This role requires flexibility and willingness to occasionally accommodate inquiries, reminders, or requests outside of regular work hours, particularly from your assigned Lifestyle Manager

  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
