To drive our vision forward, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and Django.

Role Overview: As our Python Django Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performance web application that forms the backbone of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for clean code, proven experience in SaaS environments, and the technical exper6se to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development: Design, build, and maintain a scalable Django-based web application, ensuring adherence to industry best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
• API Layer Development: Develop and optimize RESTful API endpoints to support the a mobile application, ensuring efficient data exchange and robust integration.
• SaaS Integration: Leverage your experience with SaaS products to architect solutions that can easily scale and integrate with various third-party services.
• Collaboration: Work collabora6vely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integra6on tests, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure the longevity and reliability of the platform.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and op6mize application performance, ensuring the platform remains responsive under heavy loads.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience.

Qualification and requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Backend Development: 3+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
• API Development: Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs that support mobile applications.
• SaaS Experience: Demonstrable experience working on SaaS products, with an understanding of multi-tenancy, subscription models, and cloud deployments.
• Frontend Familiarity: Experience with React Native or similar frameworks to understand mobile app integration, even if not directly involved in mobile development.
• Database & Infrastructure: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience in optimizing database performance; familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms.
• Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of web application security and data protection measures.
• Version Control & Agile: Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs that support mobile applications.

• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience in optimizing database performance; familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of web application security and data protection measures.
