We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in one of the CEE countries.
Marketing Manager Atellica Solution (Clinical Chemistry/Immunology) - Central Eastern Europe (CEE)
This position can be located and worked from any country within the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region that has an established Siemens Healthineers legal entity.
Key responsibilities, Strategic and Operational:
Establishes and executes Marketing Strategy for Atellica Solution (Clinical Chemistry/ Immunology) in alignment with Global and CEE Leadership team
Develops Marketing plan for Atellica Solution that determines the focus areas for the Fiscal Year for the CEE countries (GTM considerations, pricing, communication incl. events, product launches, commercial KPIs).
Develops portfolio value propositions and drives implementation in CEE countries.
Creates full market transparency: market mapping, maximizing market coverage in CRM and supports efforts to determine market sizes and market shares.
Prepares product line and if needed customer segment specific marketing material to be used by e.g. Country Business Leads, Marketing Managers, Country Sales, Product Experts
Updates and educates all stakeholders on product line news relevant for CEE; includes presentations in regular Townhall meetings and product line dedicated training to Sales and teams of product experts.
Serves as 1st and only point of contact for Global Marketing for e.g. guidance needed from countries, requests regarding business cases or product line development in CEE.

Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree but Master’s preferred (Scientific)
Business fluent in English, additional language spoken in CEE a plus
Candidate MUST have prior experience in managing a complex product line, within the Diagnostics field.
Significant experience of working in the Clinical Diagnostics Marketplace, with experience of marketing and communicating to customers.
Advanced knowledge of IVD market.
Deep technical and/or scientific knowledge in clinical chemistry/ immunoassays
Formal marketing training e.g., certificate or diploma in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent Presentation skills.
Proven sales success.
Experience of managing and leading without authority, enjoys teamwork.
Ability to travel globally up to 50%.
