Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead the introduction of critical new products in the Ultrasound Probes business in GE HealthCare. The Senior Program Manager will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and end user requirements We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead the introduction of critical new healthcare products. The Senior Program Manager will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and patient needs and is responsible for working with teams across to globe in driving the successful launch of the Cardiovascular Ultrasound product.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for new ultrasound product introductions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver new ultrasound products on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and track progress.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related activities. Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, marketing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development process. Ensure products meet patient expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly review and communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and report on financial performance.
  • Change Management: Oversee the management of change resulting from the implementation of new ultrasound products. Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing operations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure product effectiveness. Prepare and present reports on product outcomes and impact.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in program management with experience in new product introduction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

  • Experience in Ultrasound systems and/or transducer technology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
