Picture Yourself at Pega:

This person will work heavily with Projector (Professional Services Automation software) and spearhead system administration, drive analytical decisions and ensure peak performance and reliability across our systems and business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an environment that values both technical excellence and innovative thinking, allowing you engage with cross functional stakeholders in our Consulting business.


What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Spearhead system administration and management, ensuring peak performance and reliability
  • Configure and customize workflows, user permissions, and integrations to meet organizational needs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems and analytics dashboards
  • Provide expert-level user support and training, creating detailed documentation and guides
  • Drive Business Partnership Initiatives
  • Cultivate strong relationships across global departments to advocate for field needs
  • Collaborate with Consulting leadership to enhance user adoption and process improvements
  • Lead special projects with the Operations team to drive organizational excellence

What You've Accomplished:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a business process, systems or operational analyst
  • Demonstrated expertise in Professional Service Automation tools (Projector, OpenAir, or similar platforms)
  • Strong track record in program and project management
  • Proven ability in business process documentation and optimization
  • Experience in data analysis and maintaining data integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
