What You've Accomplished:

3+ years of proven experience as a business process, systems or operational analyst
Demonstrated expertise in Professional Service Automation tools (Projector, OpenAir, or similar platforms)
Strong track record in program and project management
Proven ability in business process documentation and optimization
Experience in data analysis and maintaining data integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
