Job Summary

Quality Assurance Analyst is someone who has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality. Has strong analysis capabilities not just with individual requirements but with the entire system.

Responsibilities

  • Build test cases to match user stories.
  • Executes tests.
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members
  • Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures (manual and automated).
  • Run manual and automated tests

Requirements

  • At least +3 years of experience working in QA testing.
  • At least 1+ year of experience working in the Service Now platform.
  • Advanced English level

Certifications Desired

ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification desired ITIL Foundations Certified & Scrum Master Certification desired
