Job description

As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will make an impact by, crafting and optimizing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You'll lead all aspects of development, ensure top-tier app performance, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to build flawless user experiences. You will be a valued member of our Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with our Senior Project Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Build and improve high-performance mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
  • Lead development efforts, ensuring smooth functionality, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Coordinate with designers and product managers to bring innovative features to life.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Implement automated testing (unit and integration) for reliability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies; and introduce proven methods.
  • Contribute to app distribution and deployment strategies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

  • A proven track record of 11 or more years in software engineering, with a focus on Flutter & Dart.
  • Detailed knowledge of Flutter architecture, design, and app distribution.
  • Expert in debugging and performance optimization.
  • Outstanding ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

  • Certified Flutter Developer and/or Certified Software Development Professional.
