Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in industrial wastewater treatment. You’ll leverage your industry expertise and network to deliver tailored solutions for clients in Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Metals & Mining, and other key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, and plant managers
  • Assess customer needs and present integrated water treatment solutions, including engineering, equipment, and construction services
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in:
    • Liquid-solid separation (chemical/physical) & biological treatment (DAF, Clarifiers, MBBR, MBR, CAS, Filtration, Dewatering)
    • Membrane filtration & advanced treatment technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and ensure successful project execution
  • Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development
