Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, creating impactful content, and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including design and content, to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence while tracking ROI and project progress through to meeting or sale stages.


Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness a engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and lead generation to track the success of social media campaigns.
  • Ensure social media content contributes to lead generation, tracking conversions through to qualified meetings or sales stages.

Account Management:
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Foster engagement, ensuring consistent interaction with followers, and track metrics related to customer interactions leading to sales inquiries or meetings.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze social media metrics (click-through rates, engagement, ROI, conversions) and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Provide monthly performance reports, including ROI analysis and progress of lead nurturing from social media posts to conversion.
  • Utilize tracking systems to follow leads generated via social media from initial contact through to the meeting/sale stage.

Content Creation:
Creative Content Generation:
  • Create and curate high-quality, creative content for social media platforms, blog posts, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with conversion goals by creating compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that drive potential leads through the sales funnel.

Collaborative Content Development:
  • Work with design and content teams to produce visually appealing multimedia content that is both shareable and likely to generate conversions.
  • Track the success of content pieces based on lead generation, measuring conversions and return on content investment (ROI).

Internal Communication:
  • Update SharePoint regularly with new and engaging content to keep internal teams informed and connected.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of the monthly Team Talk newsletter, ensuring it drives internal engagement and supports team growth goals.

Digital Marketing:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor campaigns for ROI by analyzing key performance indicators like cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and lead-to-sale progression.
  • Follow through on campaigns to ensure they contribute to both engagement and measurable sales outcomes.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on ROI and lead conversion rates.o Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations, ensuring campaigns lead to measurable results (e.g., meetings scheduled, sales generated).

Community Building:
Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Foster engagement with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.
  • Track metrics like response times and lead conversion through social media interactions, ensuring meaningful conversations lead to meetings or sales.

Influencer & Brand Advocacy:
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and amplify brand messaging.
  • Monitor the success of influencer partnerships in driving leads, using metrics like sales conversion and influencer-driven ROI.

Market Research:
Trend Monitoring & Strategy Recommendations:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Provide insights on innovative marketing strategies that could improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.

Brand Consistency:
Visual and Messaging Consistency:
  • Ensure that brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure that messaging is aligned with conversion goals, promoting the brand’s value proposition through every marketing touchpoint.

Event Management:
Event Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate customer and team events as needed, ensuring smooth logistics and event execution.
  • Monitor event outcomes, ensuring attendance and participation lead to meetings or sales conversions.
  • Manage travel arrangements and event details to ensure that all interactions contribute to business objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation, with an emphasis on measurable ROI and sales conversion (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Proven track record of generating and nurturing leads, tracking conversions, and driving sales through digital campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of conversion metrics, A/B testing, and customer acquisition strategies.
