Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Recruiter to help us attract, source, and hire qualified candidates across the globe. As a Recruiter at NineTwoThree, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective recruitment process. You will be responsible for recruiting across a wide range of positions, with a particular focus on roles based in the United States, Europe, and Ukraine.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage both passive and active candidates for assigned roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize a range of platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to proactively source candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume screening and initial interviews.
  • Manage the interview process, gathering feedback from hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to streamline hiring processes and improve key metrics such as time-to-hire and other metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing best practices and supporting team growth.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a demonstrable track record of successfully placing IT professionals.
  • Demonstrated mastery of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and alternative platforms.
  • Experience in international recruiting.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to reduce time-to-hire and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and growth.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
