Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & VSM

1. Join global sales strategy creation & annual priorities selection

2. Lead to standardize & optimize M2O work stream and consolidate inside IT platform, esp. CRM and ERP

Sales Process

1. Lead to create and roll out sales process / tools in Sales Organization, esp. Sales Handbook, Miller Heiman and STP-RAC

2. Lead CS team to implement global IT & commercial process.

3. Lead annual pricing management & sales commission process with HR/Fin team

 

Sales Excellence

1. Facilitate Sales VP to implement lean / BSG in Sales Organization (CS function included).

2. Collaborate with Marcom team to optimize leads collection / qualification process

3. Lead to build NPS ecosystem in Sales Organization, from survey result collection to CI action execution.

Sales Competence

1. Lead Global Sales Competency Program Implementation with HR team

2. Coordinate Int'l & Ext'l training resources for technical knowledge and commercial skills training

 

Team Management

1. Lead to drive company value roll-out

2. Leverage Gallup Engagement System to continuously improve employee engagement

3. Lead talent & competency devleopment in CS Organization

Requirements: 

1. Graduate with Bachlor degree of Science, Semi / Pharma Industry related major or MBA preferred

2. Good knowledge on CRM/ERP based Sales Operation Management 

3. Familiar with Global Company Market-to-Order / Order-to-Cash value stream

4. Proficient English communications in both oral and written.

5.  5 years experience on international team management with overseas direct report, experience on lead the change is highly preferred.

6. 8 years tracking records on Global Company Sales Operation Management

7. 6 project experience on Sales Process Implementation in CRM (Saleforce.com)

8. Excellent mindset on strategical & process thinking

9. Excellent skills to work collaboratively with Executive and Sr. Sales Leaders in a complex & global environment

10. High energy, result-oriented, team player and capability of working under pressure

11. Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented

12. Willingness to working in flexible hours and travel internationally, including potential evening, weekend and holiday work
