This is a remote position.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Denver, CO time with one hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:
Enter orders into the company’s system, Shopify, and 3PL systems
Process invoices and manage accounts receivable
Follow up with vendors on payments
Communicate with vendors primarily via email
Manage vendor relationships and handle order processing
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Perform data entry and management in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Experience in accounts receivable and vendor management
Proficiency in order processing and invoicing
Strong communication skills, particularly in writing
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
Familiarity with 3PL systems
Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
