Our Accounts Payable team is looking for detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated individual to join us as an Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure that all vendor bills are booked accurately and paid timely. 

What will do as an Accounts Payable Accountant…

• You will be responsible for processing all purchase invoices and booking them in the accounting system.
• You will be managing vendor payments to ensure that payment terms are honored.
• You will be managing the process of the reimbursement of the travel expenses.
• You will be collaborating with external parties to perform the open balance reconciliation.
• You will be collaborating with other departments to ensure that the all the vendor bills paid with the credit cards are collected timely.

What we are looking for…

• Several years of professional experience dealing with Accounts Payable and proven education in Finance / Accounting.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with exceptional accuracy and efficiency in combination with an extraordinary service attitude towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in processing of the reimbursement of the travel expenses.
• Detailed knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger coding, cost centre structures, and intercompany recharges.
• Experience with accounting software and good excel/spreadsheet skills required.
• Excellent English language skills.

Desirable (but not required):

• Experience with Oracle Netsuite
• Experience with German GAAP (HGB)
• German language skills.
