Telehealth Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist

Job type:

• Full time, M-F business hours
• In-office: located in Overland Park, KS 66202

You will serve online patients by:

• Programming the industry's leading premium devices to be mailed
• Perform remote initial fittings and programming adjustments via video call
• Troubleshoot patient device problems via video call, phone call, email and chat messaging
• As a member of the Operations team, collaborate effectively with members of the Sales team to ensure patient satisfaction
• Participate in mutual feedback exchange with Injoy leadership continually improve patient experience

You will need:

For Audiologists

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
• Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of KS or MO OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date

For Hearing Instrument Specialists 

• Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of KS or MO OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
• High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
• 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
• Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

• Pay: $60,000-$85,000 per year
