The Industrial Engineering Department (Tires) at our location Hannover-Stöcken is driving Manufacturing Efficiency and the Digital Transformation to achieve Operational Excellence. 

Within this exciting work environment, we are offering a position as working student (m/f/divers) for up to 15 hours per week and with the possibility to start as soon as possible. Ideally, the deployment period should last 12 Months.

Main tasks include the promotion of our IET activities to our stakeholders, supporting the further development of standard guidelines and fostering the central & global communication network of IET. Within this creative network you will be exchanging ideas and best practices, which can be piloted and implemented. In addition to performing your tasks, you will also support our IET projects within the area of digitalization, automation and lean management.  

Tasks include:

• Marketing and Communication consulting for IET projects 
• Develop stunning visuals and logos for our Brands and products  
• Visualization and illustration of technical facts and processes   
• Ensure compliance with the Continental Corporate Design Guide 
• Foster relationship with central and global communication network to align the communication activities with the standards and to strengthen the network 
• Contribute to the communication and Marketing strategies for Digitalization, Automation, Basics for Efficiency and Continuous Improvement in alignment with the organizational strategy  
• Conceptual and strategic development of internal marketing and communication for Industrial Engineering Tires (IET) e.g. Presentations, print materials, videos, imagery, etc. 
• Support the visual set-up and maintenance of the IET communication channels 

• Studies in the field of  of Marketing or Communications, or a related field like communication design 
• Safe handling of MS Office-programs and Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop  
• Fluent in German and Very good English (Spoken and Written) 
• Additional foreign languages will be beneficial 
• Good networking and communication skills 
• Moderation/Facilitation/Presentation skills 
• Intercultural skills
