We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile- driven team. You will play a key role in facilitating agile processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams, and driving continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the retail and e-commerce sector, helping teams deliver high-quality digital solutions efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

Act as a Servant Leader, facilitating agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach development teams and stakeholders on agile best practices, ensuring a high-performing and self-organizing environment.
Remove impediments to optimize team productivity and support the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation, promoting agile values across the organization.
Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Promote cross-functional teamwork by encouraging knowledge-sharing and proactive problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring agile adoption at both the team and organizational level

Our Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or IT sectors.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide agile teams effectively.
Ability to navigate a complex organization and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
Fluent in German (C1+) and English, both written and spoken.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) is a plus
